**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Review and analyze existing design materials, identifying areas for improvement.
- Create smart, intuitive user flows and interactions to ensure a seamless, frictionless experience that minimizes user confusion and maximizes engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure UX designs align with overall project goals and technical feasibility.
- Collect and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and early users to refine and iterate on design solutions, ensuring a user-centric approach.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest UX trends and user feedback to continuously improve the platform.

**Reporting Line and Team Management**
- This position reports to the founding team.
- This is an individual contributor role and you will collaborate closely with the engineering team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in UX design, particularly in creating modern, mínimalist interfaces, supported by a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
- Expertise in using Figma for UI/UX design.
- Strong understanding of the principles of good user experience design and the ability to implement them to create intuitive user interfaces.
- Excellent communication skills and the capability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Demonstrated ability to lead UX projects from conception to completion, ideally within a startup environment.

**Must-haves**
- A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work, particularly on modern, mínimalist interfaces.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- English Proficiency.
