**Job summary**:
As a member of Technology Platform Department, you will bring your DevOps and security expertise to support development teams in order to maximize their productivity and drive down development cycle time.

**Responsibilities**:
**MAJOR ACTIVITIES**

**OUTCOMES/ MEASURES**

1. Designing and building toolchains and workflows that enable self-service capabilities for software development teams
- Development team can do a lot of tasks themselves through developer portal via a consistent self-service experience.
- Developer will just need to push code to repositories and CI/CD pipeline will take care of the rest. Increasing no. of deployments per day and reduce time needed to preview changes.

3. Design, provision and operate cloud platform
- Design cloud platform in such a way that can promote autonomy and ease-of-use for development teams.

4. Anticipate challenges and am able to influence the technical direction of the team to execute on that vision.
- Solve potential challenges and able to lead the team in the good technical direction.

5. Push boundaries to generate and implement breakthrough ideas that aim to create new feature/ more advance capability of the platform.
- Deliver breakthrough ideas that improves several areas of the platform

**Experience requirements**:
v **Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise**
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or equivalent software-engineering role.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- Proficiency in one or more coding languages, preferably Java or.NET
- Experience with CI/CD workflows and tools: Jenkins, Artifactory, Nexus, CircleCI, GitLabCI, Ansible, etc.
- Experience with development platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Experience with containerization platforms and technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
- Strong automation scripting skills.
- Experience in configuration management, test-driven development and release management.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with agile development and strong understanding of DevOps principles.
- Ability to investigate and analyze information, and to draw conclusions.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and desire to learn new technologies.
- Mentor and coach Officer/Senior DevOps engineers.

- Be able to catch up and manage works quickly and effectively.
- Be able to work independently with high pressure, good in teamwork.

- Good knowledge of risk management principles, methodology and practice
- Good in English

**Education requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
