**Position Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our marketing initiatives, **with a primary focus on creating visually appealing content using Canva and expertly managing our Facebook Ads campaigns.** If you have direct experience with Facebook Ads, we’d love to have a conversation with you

**Working Conditions**
- Zoom meetings required during working hours.
- Working Hours (Vietnam Time): Monday: 8PM - 12AM; Tuesday to Friday: 8AM - 12PM & 8PM - 12AM; Saturday: 8AM - 12PM.

**Salary: 8 million VND (base salary) + commission.**

**Responsibilities**
- **PRIMARY FOCUS - Facebook Ads Management.**:

- Develop and edit marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and website content.
- Use Canva to create graphic design for contents.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report on key metrics to determine the effectiveness of each campaign.
- Work closely with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target customer preferences.
- Handle various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and organizing marketing materials.

**Qualifications**
- **Proficient in Vietnamese (Fluent) and English (Intermediate).**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Experience with Canva for basic graphic design.
- Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
