MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Prepare assigned area according to standard ensuring cleanliness, functionality and completeness of set up. Areas assigned include treatment rooms, Sauna rooms, Beauty salon, fitness centre, public spaces and heart of house items such as guest amenities and spa food and beverage offer.
Participate in departmental practices such operations briefings, training, activities, inventory and cost management initiatives which helps you to understand the business direction and ensure you meet the set goals.
Ensure spa facility is ready to receive guests every single time.
Deliver tailored spa experiences following spa & wellness journey.
Ensure spa & wellness journey is carried out for every guest and standards are observed in all aspects of the journey
- reservation, arrival, treatment time and departure.
Maintain the highest level of discretion and privacy during any guest interaction.
Perform Brand’s service behaviors in daily operation basic towards the guests.
Drivering to deliver Luxury Experiences to guest, to achieve heartbeat target.
Preparing, cleaning and tidying treatment rooms in advance and before guests arrive and after guests completed their treatment.
Being fully aware of the daily booking programs and be updated of any changes to the bookings.
Check the next day’s booking at the end of the day and preparefor the following day.
Administering treatments to guest’s massage, body treatment, facial, Hair, and nails.
Checking and maintaining product supplies at the start and end of each day.
Always greet the guest as per standards.
Ensuring that guests are greeted by using their names at all times.
Always check for guest comfort during the treatment by monitoring air temperature, lighting, and sunlight and music levels; Follow the spa setting ambiance procedures.
Always report any guest’s comments or objections to the Spa & Wellness Supervisor / Spa & Wellness manager as soon as convenient.
Offering guests refreshments Before & After the treatment.
Responding to any changes in the spa function as assigned by the management.
Knowing all available Spa & Wellness services.
Undertake and complete any other assignments as designated by the Spa & Wellness supervisor and Spa & Wellness Manager.
Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any Retreat activity related to Fire Life safety.
Be a friendly face and helping hand to our guests.
Look smart - wear your uniform with pride.
Other ad-hoc duties - unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done - May assist with other duties as assigned by management.
