**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
We are seeking **Backend Developers.NET** to join a fast-paced, highly collaborative engineering team. In this role, you will work with a cross-functional and self-organized engineering team to prototype, design, and develop software solutions. The Development team embraces a highly collaborative development model that requires deep development involvement from start to finish of each project.

**Responsibilities**
- Software architecture design are requirement.
- Build and document reusable codes and libraries for future use.
- Proactively work with team to identify new software features.
- Responsible for guiding tribe members on translating business requirements into design documents.
- Work with Project Managers to determine needs and apply/customize appropriate technologies to deliver solutions.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**Must Have**:

- ** Minimum 2+ years** of working experience in backend web development.
- Solid knowledge in backend web development using scripting. languages/frameworks **(.NET Framework,**.**NET Core **or.**NET 6-7**, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of **NoSQL** and relational **DBMS and SQL.**:

- Experience in realtime communication (SignalR, Websocket,).
- Solid knowledge in **SOA.**:

- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- **Bachelor's degree** in computer science, software engineering, information technology or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Agile Development and/or has a strong understanding of Agile methodology and practices.

**Nice To Have**:

- Experience in leading or supporting digital transformation.
- Experience in working with any **Cloud** Computing platform (**Azure, AWS**,) is a plus.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment, which includes discussions around creative reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback to and from fellow team members and clients.
- Experienced in financial/insurance project develop is a plus.
- Experience in Angular Typescript is a plus.
- Experience in building CI/CD is a plus.
