**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Requirement Understanding**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and interpret the **Business Requirement Document (BRD)**.
- Translate business needs into data and analytical requirements for pipeline deployment.

**2. Data Pipeline Development**:

- Work with the engineering team to design and deploy **data pipelines** using SQL and **DBT**.
- Ensure accurate **data mapping** from source systems to target systems.

**3. Data Organization & Modeling**:

- Support the **data modeling** process, ensuring structured, scalable, and efficient data models.
- Organize and prepare data for analysis, making it accessible and usable for business stakeholders.

**4. Da**ta Mapping & Transformation**:

- Lead the effort in **data mapping** from source systems to target destinations, ensuring data integrity.
- Assist in building transformation logic to ensure data is correctly processed for reporting and analytics.

**5. Banking Systems Knowledge (preferred)**:

- Leverage knowledge of **banking systems and operations** to streamline data processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data solutions meet banking business requirements.

6. **Excel Expertise**:

- Use **Excel** for data analysis, reporting, and visualization, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Support in the creation of complex reports and dashboards as needed.

**7. Logical Thinking & Problem Solving**:

- Continuously ensure the efficiency and optimization of data workflows

**8. Work Ethic**:

- Maintain a strong work ethic, demonstrating persistence and commitment to achieving goals.
- Show dedication to the task at hand, consistently delivering high-quality results.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Proficiency** in SQL for querying and managing relational databases.
- Experience with **DBT (Data Build Tool)** for data pipeline creation and management.
- Strong understanding of **data organization, modeling**, and **data mapping**.
- **Advanced Excel skills** for data manipulation and reporting.
- Experience working with **banking systems** is a plus.
- Strong **logical thinking**, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
