**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Đến 50 triệu VNĐ)
- Điều hành trực tiếp quá trình triển khai các dự án, lập và giám sát các công việc dự án (tiến độ, chi phí, nguồn lực,...), chịu trách nhiệm trực tiếp với Ban lãnh đạo dự án về việc thực hiện các mục tiêu
- Xây dựng kế hoạch dự án chi tiết, phân công công việc cho các thành viên dự án và giám sát, đảm bảo tiến độ triển khai công việc;
- Lập kế hoạch nguồn lực, xây dựng đội dự án, quản lý và giám sát hiệu suất làm việc của các thành viên tham gia dự án;
- Đề xuất và xây dựng ngân sách dự án, quản lý chi tiêu đảm bảo trong ngân sách được phê duyệt;
- Theo dõi công việc dự án, phát hiện các vấn đề, rủi ro, chủ động xử lý hoặc đề xuất giải pháp lên các cấp cao hơn;
- Quản lý các thay đổi trong quá trình triển khai, quản lý vấn đề và các rủi ro của dự án, đảm bảo mọi thay đổi của dự án phải được phê duyệt và tuân thủ quy trình kiểm soát thay đổi của MB;
- Làm việc với các đối tác trong và ngoài nhằm đảm bảo tiến độ, nguồn lực, ngân sách,... theo kế hoạch;
- Báo cáo định kỳ cho cấp liên quan về tiến độ, hiệu quả công việc của các thành viên dự án và các vấn đề gặp phải trong quá trình triển khai dự án;
- Tổ chức đào tạo thành viên, phát triển đội ngũ trong quá trình triển khai dự án.
- Thu thập thông tin từ dự án và đánh giá lợi ích dự án, từ đó tham vấn/đề xuất tổ chức thêm các chương trình mới để hỗ trợ định hướng chiến lược của tổ chức

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao học trở lên
- Kinh nghiệm trên 4 năm quản lý dự án tại các công ty hoặc ngân hàng, ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm về quản lý dự án Agile
- Am hiểu về nghiệp vụ ngân hàng là một lợi thế
- Chứng chỉ Quản lý dự án PMP, PMI-ACP là một lợi thế
- TOEIC 450 trở lên
- Áp dụng kiến thức vào công việc hiệu quả
- Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán và thuyết phục
- Tổ chức và quản lý thời gian; Làm việc theo nhóm
- Quản lý xung đột
- Phân tích, xử lý tình huống và ra quyết định
- Quản trị rủi ro dự án
