- Be in-charge of game design document, game specifications;
- Collaborate with Artist and Developer to develop and materialize the ideas from game design documents;
- Plan for the Game Testing plan, adjust and optimize game during the DEV process to make sure user experience is the best which is possible;
- Follow, analyze, review the health index of game and propose the action to balance game.

**What you will need**:

- Passion for gaming, ability to really "feel" the game. High regularity of playing mobile game with a diversity of genres;
- Understand user's habits and behaviors. Deep knowledge of mobile game, game genres, factors that make game attractive;
- Ability to analyze data to balance game. Impressive logical and mathematic mindset;
- Experience to work and present with wireframes, mockups and flowcharts;
- At least 1 year of experience as a Game Designer.
