IT Specialist

**Objective**
1. To have a qualified IT Specialist to be on-site at the second office.
2. To have standard JD to recruit IT Specialist.
- Monitor and report daily activities of the systems (healthy daily checklist) to ensure timely detection of system abnormalities.
- Install, manage and troubleshoot software, hardware, call center and network systems.
- Allocate and manage accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
- Perform additional tasks as departments required.

**Job Requirement**
1. Education: Qualification University Degree/College majored in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant experience.
2. Work Experience:

- 1-2 years working experience in IT infrastructures, operations or technical support environment.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, SSL/TLS and DNS
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Application Support.
- Practical experience with Hybrid AD.
- Good knowledge of Window operating system including troubleshooting and system hardening.
**3. Other requirements**:

- Able to work the night shift (if needed).
- An ability to be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally to a wide range of people at all levels including communicating complex technical issues.
- Good English (In both speaking and writing).
- Personal integrity, able to work to deadlines and under pressure.

**Salary**: 15,000,000₫ - 22,000,000₫ per month
