**Nhiệm vụ công việc**:
**1/ Thiết kế sản phẩm**:

- Thực hiện kế hoạch phát triển sản phẩm học tiếng Anh online (IELTS, TOIEC, PTE,).
- Phân tích và nghiên cứu thị trường, đối thủ, dữ liệu nội bộ để tìm hiểu xu hướng mới, đề xuất các ý tưởng cải tiến và bổ sung tính năng cho sản phẩm Web và App.
- Phân tích dữ liệu nội bộ để hiểu rõ hành vi của user và client, qua đó xác định vấn đề và cơ hội phát triển cho sản phẩm. Lập và triển khai ý tưởng sản phẩm khả dụng tối thiểu (MVP), xây dựng roadmap, user story, user flow, vẽ wireframe sản phẩm.
- Quản lý product backlog (hạng mục tính năng sản phẩm).
- Tiến hành đánh giá hiệu quả sản phẩm sau khi triển khai (GA, heatmap, bảng khảo sát, ), lập kế hoạch cải thiện, nâng cấp sản phẩm.
- Xác định tầm nhìn và chiến lược cho sản phẩm (giá, tính năng chính, chính sách, khuyến mãi ).
- Lên kế hoạch thực thi các yêu cầu, viết tài liệu mô tả tính năng sản phẩm (userflow, concept, wireframe, specs).
- Làm việc cùng UX Designer để hoàn thiện UI Design cho sản phẩm.
- Làm việc trực tiếp cùng DEV và Tester để đảm bảo sản phẩm được triển khai đúng với yêu cầu và hoàn thành đúng thời hạn.

**2/ Phát hành sản phẩm**:

- Giới thiệu các tính năng/ sản phẩm mới cho người dùng.
- Đào tạo họ để sử dụng tốt nhất các tính năng/ sản phẩm đó.
- Tạo điều kiện/ hỗ trợ và đảm bảo người dùng chấp nhận và sử dụng hiệu quả các sản phẩm.

**3/ Nhiệm vụ khác**:

- Lên các metrics để liên tục theo dõi hiệu quả sản phẩm.
- Chịu trách nhiệm về sự thành công của sản phẩm.
- Được nghiên cứu, phát triển và xây dựng các sản phẩm mới liên tục theo xu hướng công nghệ.
- Hỗ trợ test bugs cho sản phẩm.

- Hiểu rõ về quy trình A/B testing và roll-out tính năng.
- Theo dõi và phân tích hành vi người dùng bằng các công cụ Google Analytics, Firebase.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên: Có hiểu biết và khả năng phân tích tốt về UI và UX; hiểu biết về quy trình phát triển sản phẩm, có kinh nghiệm trong các Agile team, biết sử dụng các tool visualization (Data studio, SQL,). Kinh nghiệm: Có kinh nghiệm ở vai trò Product Owner/ Product manager.
