**What you’ll do**:
**Job Description / Capsule**

IT Helpdesk responds to and resolves support requests from end users within the organization, including hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Technical Issue Resolution: Helpdesk receives and addresses technical issues such as network connectivity loss, operating system errors, viruses, and other related problems. They provide solutions and guidance to users for issue resolution.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Helpdesk monitors and records user issues and support requests. They generate reports on the status and trends of technical issues to improve processes and support performance.

**Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience**

**Essential**
- Bachelor's degree in IT.
