**Brief Call**: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you
**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. **Job description**:
**About the job**
- Develop and maintain robust back-end solutions using the Django framework.
- Design and implement a microservices architecture to meet complex business needs and scalability demands.
- Create and manage RESTful APIs to ensure effective communication between front-end and back-end systems.
- Implement and maintain data storage solutions with MySQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch, optimizing data handling.
- Engage in code reviews, architectural discussions, and contribute to technical decision-making to maintain code quality.
- Keep abreast of back-end development trends and best practices, and mentor junior developers.
- Partner with DevOps to enhance deployment processes, system reliability, and infrastructure as code practices.

**About you**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of back-end development experience, with expertise in Python and the Django framework.
- Deep understanding of containerization and experience with Docker.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and deployment workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across distributed systems.
- Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB), including data modeling and optimization.
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch for search functionality and data indexing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Agile development methodologies and project management tools like Jira are a plus.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working on Lyon (France) time zone (2PM - 10PM Vietnam Time).
