As a part of the Finance Department, you will play a critical role in both the daily financial activities as well the strategic decision-making that comes with running a disruptive business.

Accounting plays a crucial role in Akselos’s smooth operations. Their main responsibility is to assist the Finance & Operations Manager with financial, accounting, legal, and general business administration tasks. This position is only open to Vietnamese currently residing in Vietnam.

**Main job tasks**:
**Accounting**
- Assist in maintaining accurate balance sheet and other financial records
- Collaborate daily with the Global finance department
- Assist in the preparation of intragroup transactions
- Helping the global finance department with accounts payable daily using Netsuite (accounting software commonly used in SMEs)
- Review and verify employee expense reports
- Managing accounts payable
- Assist in various administrative tasks

**Ad-Hoc Tasks and Projects**
- Help in the implementation of Netsuite and other digitalisation projects.
- Implementing and Improving Finance and Accounting Processes

**Education**:

- Currently enrolled in a university in either Bachelors or Master course in Administration, Finance, Accounting or relevant field

**Professional experience**:

- First work experience in Finance/Accounting & Administration are strongly preferred but not necessary

**Skills**:

- You are a motivated person, willing to go out of your comfort zone and experience the fast-moving and exciting environment of a startup,
- You are curious about the financial anatomy of businesses,
- You have excellent written and spoken English,
