Assitant Manager QA

Mô tả công việc - Duy trì và cải tiến hệ thống quản lý chất lượng trong nhà máy.
- Kết hợp với các phòng ban để triển khai, xúc tiến các hoạt động cải tiến chất lượng
- Kiểm soát theo dõi các báo cáo chất lượng tháng nội bộ, báo cáo chất lượng khách hàng, báo cáo Claim, lỗi lọt khách hàng
- Kiểm soát đối ứng các đánh giá ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485, các đánh giá từ khách hàng
- Đào tạo nhân viên quản lý chất lượng về năng lực phân tích lỗi, lập báo cáo lỗi.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên Quyền lợi được hưởng + Ứng viên khi trở thành nhân viên công ty sẽ được hưởng đầy đủ các chế độ của người lao động theo quy định của Luật lao động Việt Nam. + Công ty cung cấp bữa ăn miễn phí, cấp phát đồng phục. + Công ty có xe đưa đón từ Hà Nội về Hải Dương. + Tổ chức liên hoan cuối năm cho toàn thể CBCNV + Tổ chức bốc thăm cuối năm trúng thưởng với nhiều phần quà hấp dẫn, giá trị + Thưởng cải tiến công việc, tặng quà hoặc thưởng các ngày lễ trong năm + Xét tăng lương hàng năm + Thưởng tháng lương thứ 13Yêu cầu công việc - Nam độ tuổi từ 30 ~ 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành kỹ thuật
- Có kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm quản lý QA từ 2 năm trở lên về lắp ráp bản mạch điện tử.
- Hiểu biết về hệ thống quản lý chất lượng ISO 9001:2015
- Thành thạo vi tính văn phòng Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Có kỹ năng chỉ đạo nhóm và giám sát thúc đẩy công việc đạt mục tiêu của phòng ban, công ty.
- Có tinh thần và kỹ năng tốt trong việc hợp tác với các bộ phận phòng ban khác.
- Biết tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Nhật là một lợi thế Yêu cầu hồ sơ Địa chỉ: Lô XN36, KCN Đại An, Phường Tứ Minh, Thành phố Hải Dương, Hải Dương, Viet Nam
