**Responsibilities**:
1. Foreign Teachers:

- Deal with the Immigration Department, Labor Department and any other government authority as needed to issue and maintain all licenses and legal papers for Foreign Teachers and staff regarding: Work Permit, TRC, Visa.
- Arrange Health Check, Consular legalization document, criminal records for Foreign Teachers/ staff
- Notarize Legal documents as necessary.

2. Recruitment and Contract:

- Perform all the steps regarding to Company’s recruitment process
- Maintain the HR records, and update all files related.
- Prepare and make all kind of contract for staff (probation, official, collaboration contract, appendix contract, Termination contract)
- Legal advice when the Admin board requires
- Collaborate with Accountant for some legal issues regarding HR documents

3. Admin tasks
- Work with other Depts: Doet, Justice Dept, Police dept, committee dept, Cong Doan dept, etc about Legal issues for the school (ex: change name of electric meter, water meter, etc)
- Collaborate with the academic secretary to complete reports/ letters/ Decision Application from Department of Education and Training, Labor Dept, etc and other internal reports as requested.
- Collaborate with other staff to show some documents whenever the inspectors visit the school regarding food hygiene and safety, School’s employee contracts and information.
- Support for foreign Teacher when they need help
- Book Air Tickets for the Admin Board
- Other tasks when the Admin Board required

Position requirements:

- Bachelor's or higher degree in HR management, Business Administration, or relevant to the HR field.
- At least 2-3 years experience in HR management;
Abilities/ Skills
- Having the highest level of integrity and long-term commitment
- Must be accurate and efficient, high energy; careful, meticulous, confidential
- High teamwork spirit and responsibility
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Ability to organize work independently as well as a team player, ability to observe and handle problems quickly and effectively
