HR Specialist

1.Develop and execute the recruitment plan for the Vietnam region, manage the recruitment process, and ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the entire recruitment process, including resume screening, interview arrangement, background check, etc. Expand local recruitment channels and establish cooperative relationships with recruitment platforms, headhunting companies, etc.

2.Be responsible for formulating and optimizing the salary system for employees in Vietnam, and ensure the timely payment of employees' salaries, bonuses, and welfare benefits.

3.Handle the procedures for employees' onboarding, offboarding, and transfer in the Vietnam region, resolve employees' daily issues and complaints, organize employee activities, and enhance employees' sense of belonging and team cohesion.

4.Develop and implement employee training and career development plans, and assist in promoting the company's leadership development and talent echelon construction.

5.Work closely with various business departments to provide human resources support, maintain communication with the global HR team, and ensure the consistency between local needs and global strategies.

6.Ensure that all human resources management activities comply with Vietnam's labor laws and regulations, and reduce compliance risks.

7.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
