- Providing innovative tax planning and reviewing complex income tax returns.
- Build up SOPs to mitigate tax risk.

- Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
- Identify and mitigate tax risks.
- Coordinate accounting to clear transaction.
- Build up SOPs to mitigate tax risk.
- Manage tax provision and tax compliance process.
- Manage and coordinate tax audits.
- Maintain tax balances on general ledger.
- Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests.

**Job requirements**:

- **_Requirements and skills_**:

- Have experience as a Tax Leader/Manager. Used to work/take countermeasure with Tax inspect times at least.
- Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns.
- Timeline management and solving problems.
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Expected personality: high proactivity and accountability.

- Male/Female. Age: 33-45.
- Language: Good at Japanese /English (Japanese is preferred).
- Manufacturing experience is preferred.
