**Mô tả công việc**:

- Quản lý / kiểm soát / giám sát một nhóm Phòng Chất lượng,
- Thực hiện hệ thống quản lý, hệ thống đào tạo tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn,
- Rà soát / quản lý việc thực hiện các hệ thống kiểm tra chất lượng,
- Thiết lập các mục tiêu chất lượng và đảm bảo đạt được,
- Đề xuất / phát triển và giám sát các hành động khắc phục / phòng ngừa chất lượng.
- Tiến hành cải tiến liên tục để kiểm soát và đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm cho khách hàng.
- Lập kế hoạch năng lực và thúc đẩy kiểm tra sản phẩm, thử nghiệm và ghi lại kết quả.
- Phát triển, quản lý và bảo trì máy kiểm tra và thiết bị đo lường.
- Phân tích chất lượng và đề xuất kế hoạch cải thiện khả năng vận hành.
- Hỗ trợ Dịch vụ Kỹ thuật để phân tích khiếu nại về chất lượng của khách hàng.
- Hỗ trợ xem xét hệ thống ISO và các Mục tiêu Chất lượng.
- Các nhiệm vụ khác do Giám đốc vận hành / Tổng Giám đốc giao.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Điện.
- Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, kỹ năng giao tiếp.
- Kỹ năng phân tích sử dụng các công cụ chất lượng. Kiến thức / kỹ năng về Cải tiến liên tục
- Biết ngoại ngữ Tiếng Anh, tiếng Nhật là một lợi thế
