- Phát triển Backend sử dụng ngôn ngữ Golang
- Xây dựng tài liệu Design(HLD, LLD)
- Môi trường dự án mở, năng động, có thể research và đề xuất các giải pháp cho team hoặc khách hàng.

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
1. Kinh nghiệm bắt buộc
- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với Backend sử dụng ngôn ngữ Golang
- Hiểu rõ OOP và có kiến thức về cấu trúc dữ liệu và giải thuật
- Hiểu biết và sử dụng thành thạo Git flow
- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng 1 trong các hệ quản trị cơ sở dữ liệu quan hệ (MySQL, Postgres )
- Có khả năng tư duy, sáng tạo tốt.
- Có khả năng làm việc nhóm và độc lập hiệu quả.
- Đọc hiểu tài liệu tiếng anh chuyên ngành.

2. Những kỹ năng ưu tiên
- Có kinh nghiệm trong việc tối ưu performance, memory
- Có khả năng thiết kế cấu trúc có thể mở rộng và có tính bảo trì tốt.
- Am hiểu các design pattern code
- Có khả năng giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng anh chuyên ngành.
