**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**- Conducting placement testing on all the regular shifts at the designated centre(s), and being prepared to support ad hoc tests outside of scheduled shift time.-
- Testing to a high level of accuracy, displaying thorough knowledge and understanding of all ILA products, programmes and levels.-
- Proactively communicating with Sales and Operations staff, and working effectively to find suitable solutions for students.-
- Supporting Sales staff with customer consultation (with translation support) when requested.-
- Providing detailed post-test reporting comments in all areas (grammar, vocabulary, interaction, fluency, pronunciation, and general comments), which allow sales staff to fully justify student placement to customers and provide useful data to teachers & TAs.-
- Completing regular placement testing training and re-standarisation, as well being committed to wider teaching-related professional development.-
- Covering and teaching regular classes as required.- **Requirements**:
**Education**- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.-
- A recognised qualification in English Language Teaching (Cambridge CELTA/ Trinity TESOL certificate, PGCE, or Equivalent).**Skills**- English proficiency level: Native-
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work well with both expat and local staff.-
- Ability to work well both in a team environment and independently.-
- Ability to be flexible, supportive, and solution-focused, whilst also maintaining high academic standards.-
- Highly organised and able to work within deadlines.-
- Basic level of competency and willing to become proficient with all ILA platforms including LMS, Placement Testing App and Google Software (gmail, drive etc.).**Experience**- 1+ year of experience in placement testing or equivalent position.-
- 2+ years experience in teaching, including EY, EA and Exam.
