**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor advertising expenses and outsourced services, assess plans, allocate budgets, and propose optimizations for Performance Marketing campaigns.
- Reconcile reports, check the accuracy and validity of expenditure reports.
- Design and analyze Marketing data using database queries (SQL/Access/Google Sheet Query), website analytics tools (GA4), campaign management software tools, and regularly evaluate and propose optimizations for ROI.
- Independently report on KPIs, NRU, NAU, Conversion rates, Engagement, etc., to leadership.
- Conduct ad hoc research, optimize automated reports, and recommend necessary tools to support the management and growth of Marketing campaigns.
- Control all data, prepare reports on each issue as required by leadership.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Age**: 32 years or older.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with knowledge of all popular ad platforms in the current market.
- More than 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst (BA) is an advantage.
- Over 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in a Marketing Agency is an advantage.
- Ability to set up and use tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Data Studio, Forecast Ads spend, etc.
- Budget management and expenditure reporting skills.
- Strong intuition and analytical ability in investment effectiveness.
- Good communication skills, articulate presentation, and persuasive questioning ability.
- Ability to build strong relationships with in-house teams and service providers.
- Proficient in creating well-organized and clear reports using Google Sheets, Google Slides, and similar tools.
- Skills in designing and analyzing Marketing Database metrics, and producing detailed and visually intuitive reports.
