**Job description**:

- Kiểm soát chất lượng các sản phẩm trước khi được đưa đến cho người dùng.
- Lập kế hoạch kiểm tra, chuẩn bị test case chi tiết và tiến hành kiểm thử phần mềm đã được phát triển
- Thực hiện kiểm tra, log lỗi và theo dõi tiến độ fix bug của team phát triển
- Quản lý, giám sát và theo dõi vòng đời các vấn đề lỗi có thể phát sinh trong hệ thống
- Kiểm soát chất lượng đảm bảo hệ thống/sản phẩm được tạo đúng như thiết kế đã thống nhất
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ nhóm kỹ thuật (backend, web & mobile) để đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm đồng đều
- Phối hợp với nhóm phát triển sản phẩm (product design) để hoàn thiện các tài liệu yêu cầu phát triển chi tiết
- Chủ động hoàn thành công việc được giao với mức độ giám sát tối thiểu
- Phát triển các kịch bản kiểm thử tự động bằng phần mềm giúp giám sát chất lượng của sản phẩm nhanh chóng
- Xây dựng các quy trình và tiêu chuẩn về kiểm tử và chất lượng kiểm thử để nâng cao chất lượng của team
- Chủ động chia sẻ và training kỹ năng chuyên môn cho đồng nghiệp để cùng phát triển nghề nghiệp

**Your skills and experience**:

- Từ 2-5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí QC/Tester
- Có kiến thức về SQL hoặc MongoDB
- Có kiến thức về API testing sử dụng postman
- Kỹ năng viết testcase tốt, tổ chức cấu trúc logic và có thứ tự hợp lý để dễ quản lý và hiểu
- Có kỹ năng phân tích logic kỹ thuật
- Có kỹ năng dự đoán tình huống có khả năng gây lỗi
- Có kỹ năng viết & lắng nghe
- Có kỹ năng làm việc độc lập và đội nhóm tốt
- Ham học hỏi và cập nhật xu hướng công nghệ mới
- Tinh thần làm việc của startup và sẵn sàng chia sẻ đào tạo cho đồng nghiệp.
- Tiếng anh đọc hiểu tài liệu và viết tốt
