- Manage the entire creative team to establish a unified brand understanding, Key Visual and Art Strategy for the company, helming a creative audit to elevate our product and brand innovation
- Work directly with Marketing Manager to conceptualize integrated campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, content websites, social media, and other marketing materials
- Develop creative briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the creative team
- Delegate and Manage tasks to in-house graphic, video designers.
- Obtain team approval by presenting final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations, encouraging members to provide feedback, and responding to internal commentary and requests
- Navigate UI/UX strategy to implement on art creation with MKT and DEV team

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, related to Retail, ICT will be advantage
- Exceptional creativity and sense of product-centric brand design
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills with a positive attitude when working with colleagues and associates.
- Hard-working and committed and be able to produce good quality content often to tight deadlines
- Be able to manage several projects at once, familiar to digital campaign
- Being solutions-oriented, and supportive in finding solutions to unexpected challenges
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
