We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to work at our client’s school. This position manages IT infrastructure strategy, installation, and maintenance to ensure stable operation of the school’s network. This includes developing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing network hardware and software. The position will report to the Business Administration Director and will work closely with many other department heads.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Network Infrastructure_
- Configure all networks to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling organizational objectives and processes
- Oversee planning and implementation of school network and telephones during construction to ensure optimal coverage and connectivity for a school setting
- Create and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records
- Develop and deploy methodologies for testing network performance and providing network performance statistics and reports
- Document the network architecture, design, and layout, including protocols and standards used, as well as configuration
- Manage and ensure effectiveness of security solutions, including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, Virtual Private Networks, and intrusion detection systems
- Support_
- Vigilantly and effectively monitoring, evaluating and sharing responsibility with other team members for all incidents and requests reported via the IT helpdesk platform.
- Accurately document instances of software or hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal or other work requests
- Analyzing and evaluating all reported incidents and requests for any coordination, collaboration, escalation or delegation required with tier 3 i.e. vendor level support in the team.

- Coordinate and administer required training to technology team members and faculty and staff as and when required
- Participate in evaluating new software projects to determine impacts
**PREFERRED SILLS**
- Up to date industry certifications in cyber security, network and server system technologies
- Experience in producing high quality documentation, knowledge base and training materials is highly desirable
- Ability to effectively analyze and resolve root causes of technical problems
- Ability to organize and analyze data and complex tasks in a systematic manner
- Able to work diligently, independently, confidentially and under time constraints
- Positive and growth mindset with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new and innovative technology developments
- Ability to be flexible, creative and problem solve novel technology issues in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of and experience in design, implementation, configuration, lifecycle management, administration, integration, optimization, maintenance, development and troubleshooting of the following technologies and systems is highly desirable, whether they are on-premises, virtual, cloud or in a hybrid architecture:
- Equipment housed in data centers, networking closets, master and intermediate distribution frames
- Telecommunications and active networking equipment including core and edge routers, switches etc.
- Wireless networking equipment including controllers, access points etc.
- VoIP telephony systems running on any of SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP and IAX protocols, configurations, IVR and softphone setups
- Servers and/or administration and management platforms
- Firewalls and other cybersecurity frameworks and technologies
- Technology and communications infrastructure automation, load balancing, monitoring and reporting
- Linux, Windows and macOS server/data center operating systems
- Google Workspace administration
- Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
- Identity Access and Management solutions
- Cyber, network, server and Endpoint security
- Knowledge of and experience in implementation, configuration, management, administration, integration, development and troubleshooting of the following technologies and systems is highly desirable:
- DevSecOps controls, management and related frameworks
- VMWare and other Hypervisors, Apple, Fortinet, DNS, Hy
- Scripting languages
- Stored procedures

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 8 years work experience as a senior network administrator.
- Degree in IT or related discipline
- Flexible and agile working style suitable for a greenfield school operations
- Strong drive for organizational improvements
- Team oriented and spirited
- Fluent in written and spoken Vietnamese and English
**Salary**: 35,000,000₫ - 60,000,000₫ per month
