**Job Description**:
**_ In this role, your primary responsibility is to establish digital & data governance for Our company to ensure its practice across the organization. Your analytics mindset is critical to the development of principles & processes to ensure products and services are informed and driven by data. Envision yourself to be a martechgeneralist that understands how data is generated and reported in various tools_**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Digital & data governance set-up & maintenance (70%)**: act in the leading role to facilitate DDnA team and cross-functional teams in implementation, documentation & consultation in digital & dataflow management
- Lead optimization efforts related to promotion capabilities, sales effectiveness & efficiency.
- Provide proactively inputs to local & regional teams on customer & market needs related to digital & data operation
- Collaborate with digital publishers/IT Hub to automate data acquisition methodologies.
- Deeply understand the data schema of different resources including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and commercial operation
- Co-operate with IT Dept to define data quality standards and improve the process of centralizing internal data sources
- Onboarding new internal & external data into Data warehouse
- Frequency update changes in processes into Coblira to ensure all information is up-to-date
- Ensure data quality for analytics & statistics
- Ensure practice of data & digital-related SOP (standard operation processes)
- Be designated point of contact/ liaison to ensure the operation of various digital-related platforms and marketing technologies
- Monitor and report on various digital & data operational requests

**Support in data analytics (20%)**
- Develop and Maintain BI Dashboard for cross-functional teams
- Ad-hoc analytic base on the business case.
- Play the role of a consultant to internal stakeholders and works closely with marketing & sales, medical, market access, IT and other functions

**Other efforts (10%)** to support internal communication and ad-hoc department needs

**REQUIREMENTS**

**To be successful in this role, you are expected with strong technical skills as well as business capabilities, and most important, learning agility.**
- Bachelor's degree, favoured but not limited to IT, computer & data science with at least 1-year working experience
- Effective communication, including Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken)
- Preferable experience with SQL, Qlik Sense, Power BI
- Preferable experience in Sales Force Marketing Cloud & Veeva CRM
- Preferable experience in Python is a plus
- Preferable experience with digital capabilities, especially with omni-channel practices
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify opportunities and capitalize on them through rapid and disciplined decision making
- High Collaboration, commitment, result-orientation with enterprise mindset
- Strong interpersonal skill
- High proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
