OBJECTIVE
- Visit all potential water retailers on behalf of Owe Water Vietnam to conduct the Census work and identify exhaustively the retailers in one specific area.
- Get an exhaustive vision of our potential business in the area

ROLE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define all the retailers in one specific zone (exhaustive methodology)
- Evaluate their Business potential + vulnerability level of the zone
- Manage the Census Team (1 to 3 persons) that will support you along the way:

- Ensure implementation of the methods to get relevant results
- Check update of the Census results every day
- Training and rehearsal are provided for every researcher
- Weekly coaching based on specific request from researcher team
- Build a clear pipeline and prioritize sales growth strategy

TARGET AREA: HCMC - 4 districts to be defined (D12, Hoc Mon, etc...)

TARGET STORES SELLING WATER 19L JUGS
- Water store
- Mom & Pop store

SUPPORTING TOOLS (to be tested)
- Data and photo input form: Google form
- Route tracking app: Strava
- GPS app: Google Maps
- Owe book census: with Owe pitch + Owe brochures + Vouchers for retailers + introduction letter of Owe
- Gift for successful interviews for retailers: 10K mobile phone cards (to be tested)

Have a full overview of the researched area
- Early day: Route planning
- End of day: Map checking & reporting

Make sure all the routes (accessible by mini trucks) are covered.
