1. Tender:

- Have a good knowledge in tender regulation, timely catch up with new regulation and update to sales team and other relating departments.
- Coordinate with sales team to follow up all steps of tender process.
- Provide required documents to submit tender.
- Research for tenders and projects information as directed;
- Manage and maintain tender records.
- Give induction to new comers about tender regulation.

2. Sales admin:

- Provide sales admin support, including contracts, quotations and relevant sales document preparation;
- Manage and maintain sales reports/records, contract/quotation records;
- Compose / edit/ review a variety of highly confidential correspondence (demo proposal letter, offering letter, ).
- Develop and maintain well organized filing system (hard copy, soft copy) that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information;
- Maintain Standard Operations Procedures (SOP);
- Support the order processing and arrange sales deliver y if needed;
- Communicate timely and correctly with internal and external parties including regional offices among Transmedic Group; dealers, partners and hospitals;
3. Legal & Compliance:

- Third Party Partner Appointment:
+ Conduct Due Diligence third parties, such as: sub-distributor, agents, spot dealers.

+ Prepare Distribution Agreements, Spot dealer agreements, Sales agent agreement after DD step completes.

+ Filing and update Compliance tracker sheet
- Placement:
+ Prepare placement contract following to Compliance procedures.

+ Filing and update Compliance tracker sheet
- Give induction to new comers about compliance process.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 3-5 year experience in sales admin. Experience and knowledge of medical devices industry will be an advantage.
- A dynamic professional with relevant experience in Tendering & Contract Management.
- Good skill for MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), SAP knowledge
- Good command of spoken and written English. It is a must.
- Ability to work independently as well as in team
- Pleasant, positive, meticulous and independent worker who is able to multi-task
- Able to handle administrative duties with good document organization skills
- Excellent in time management and communication;
