Position Summary
The role of this position is to manage the suppliers to ensure they follow the delivery instructions from Arlo to meet the company revenue target and company goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with ODMs and AVLs to ensure delivery target to be met for the quarterly revenue result
- Minimize the air cost by working with ODMs to arrange shipment meeting CRD target
- Manage ODMs suppliers, and manage delivery performance to maintain highest standard of OTD
- Work with ODM and suppliers to reduce the excess for EOL products by cancelling excess order or reselling excess to brokers.
- Expedite materials with suppliers for NPI products to assure launch in time
- Coordinate with planning team to allocate materials among ODMs or products when there is shortage.
- Execute day to day purchase order processing and Oracle data management such as PO release, shipment schedule, ship mode updates and shipment notice preparation
- Coordinate with Planning, Logistics, other internal parties and suppliers to assure delivery and system accuracy and consistency
- Coordinate with Quality and Documentation team to resolve any problems that gating for the delivery target
- Resolve PO and EDI issues with suppliers
- Follow up with ODM and coordinate with planners to manage NPI products materials risk buy
- Process enhancement to maximize the output of the team
- Prepare and consolidate reports for management review
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years solid experience dealing with or working in ODM/OEM companies is preferable
- Experience in sizable Corporation or Multinational Company will be an advantage
- Knowledge in Order Cycle Management & Vendor Management Skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with peers, management, and suppliers
- Fast learner, detail and result oriented, self-starter with strong analytical ability to identify and resolve issue and risk proactively and systematically
- Ability to conduct multi activities in parallel, manage by priorities in a fast pace environment and international environment with limited management oversight
- Experience in ERP/MRP like Oracle or SAP.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Occasional travels
- Undergraduate degree holder
