Job description

**About the job**:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement
Design and configure Salesforce solutions to meet business needs
Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation
Create and maintain documentation, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
Conduct user training and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and new features

**About you**:
2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
Experience with Salesforce configuration, including creating custom objects, workflows, and process builder
Knowledge of the insurance domain is preferred
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst certification is a plus
