**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Thiết kế, phát triển, tối ưu hóa và duy trì kiến trúc dữ liệu và kỹ thuật ống dẫn, đảm bảo tuân thủ các nguyên tắc ETL và phù hợp với mục tiêu kinh doanh
- Giải quyết các vấn đề phức tạp về dữ liệu để cung cấp thông tin chi tiết, hỗ trợ đạt mục tiêu kinh doanh
- Xây dựng dữ liệu, hỗ trợ nhóm phân tích và nhà khoa học dữ liệu, nhằm cải thiện năng suất làm việc
- Tư vấn, cố vấn và huấn luyện người khác trong việc phân tích, tiêu chuẩn hóa dữ liệu
- Thúc đẩy văn hóa chia sẻ, tái sử dụng, thiết kế mang tính ổn định và vận hành hiệu quả dữ liệu/giải pháp phân tích
- Chủ trì đánh giá, thực hiện và triển khai các công cụ và quy trình mới trong việc phân tích dữ liệu nhằm cải thiện năng suất làm việc của nhóm
- Xây dựng và đưa ra các kế hoạch truyền thông về khả năng, tiêu chuẩn và quy trình phân tích dữ liệu
- Phối hợp với các chuyên viên phân tích nghiệp vụ và kiến trúc sư giải pháp để phát triển kiến trúc kỹ thuật cho các dự án doanh nghiệp chiến lược và các sáng kiến.
- Tìm hiểu, học hỏi về khoa học máy tính, khoa học dữ liệu, thị giác máy tính, trí tuệ nhân tạo, thống kê và/hoặc toán học ứng dụng

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**1. Chuyên môn**
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học về Khoa học máy tính, MIS hoặc Kỹ thuật; Chuyên sâu về SQL và phân tích dữ liệu;
- Có kiến thức về dữ liệu và phân tích, ví dụ như mô hình đa chiều, ETL, công cụ báo cáo, quản trị dữ liệu, kho dữ liệu, dữ liệu có cấu trúc và phi cấu trúc.
- Tiếp xúc với khoa học máy tính, khoa học dữ liệu, thị giác máy tính, trí tuệ nhân tạo, thống kê và/hoặc toán học ứng dụng

**2. Kinh nghiệm**
- Ưu tiên ứng viên từ 02 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực kiến trúc/kỹ thuật dữ liệu,
- Có kinh nghiệm phát triển và duy trì kho dữ liệu trong các giải pháp dữ liệu lớn
- Có kinh nghiệm phát triển các giải pháp về dịch vụ điện toán đám mây và cơ sở hạ tầng trongmiền dữ liệu và phân tích (ưu tiên)
- Có kinh nghiệm phát triển cơ sở dữ liệu bằng Hadoop hoặc BigQuery và trải nghiệm đa dạng với cơ sở dữ liệu đám mây, NoSQL
- Đã làm việc với các công cụ BI như Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Shiny
- Có kinh nghiệm với ít nhất một ngôn ngữ lập trình (ưu tiên Python hoặc Scala)
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong nhóm Agile
- Có kinh nghiệm Phát triển Dữ liệu lớn bằng Hive, Impala, Spark và quen thuộc với Kafka (Ưu tiên)
- Quen thuộc với hệ điều hành Linux (Ưu tiên)
