Job Description:
+ Follow the company's policy to be consistent with the same standard.
+ Analyze and implement the optimization of human resource operations.
+ Summarize human resource management results and report to manager.
+ Manage and control human resources work in the whole system (Recruitment, Training and development of personnel Compensation, and benefits labor relations).
+ Good at liaising and coordination with relevant government agencies.
+ Prepare and receive audits according to the requirements and related systems to pass in accordance with the requirements and relevant laws.
+ Recommend, follow up, and check to ensure that the organization complies with the related law including gathering all relevant information.
Job Requirement:
+ At least 3 years’ working experience in the manufacturing field.
+ Experience in coordinating with relevant government agencies will be an advantage.
+ Be a leader, diligent, and careful.
+ Be able to work under pressure and solve problems well.
+ Good knowledge of the Vietnam regulations.
+ Fluent Chinese.
