- Identify trends and anomalies to address issues and optimize campaigns proactively.
- Monitor budget allocation and pacing to ensure efficient resource utilization.

2. Performance Optimization:

- Collaborate with performance agencies to implement strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to identify and implement high-performing tactics.
- Make data-driven recommendations to optimize bidding strategies, targeting, and creative assets.

3. Agency Management:

- Work closely with performance agencies to ensure alignment with campaign goals and objectives.
- Monitor agency performance and hold them accountable for delivering results.

More than 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms: Tiktokshop, Shopee, Lazada.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager...) & Marketplace
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
