Material Planner

We provide shuttle bus from Bien Hoa/ Cantavil Thu Duc/ Thu Duc Crossroad/ Ba Ria to our Factory (Nhon Trach) for this position.
- Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products
- Review blueprints and product specifications to accurately determine the number of materials needed.
- Documents overall material needs, including all codes, brands, and contact information necessary to process orders.
- Adjust amounts for existing inventory and orders of conventional sizes.
- Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders.
- Ensuring materials meet specifications, and quality standards, and are cost-efficient.
- Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
- Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.
- Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
- Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
- Other duties as assigned by the Planning manager
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 02-03 years of working experience in Material planning fields in the industry environment.
- Knowledge in the automotive industry - Production / Quality.
- Awareness of IATF16949, supply chain management.
- Proficient English.
