**Mô tả công việc**:

- Chịu trách nhiệm công việc liên quan đến triển khai, quản trị, vận hành, giám sát và đảm bảo an toàn, ổn định và bảo mật hệ thống Cơ sở Dữ liệu (CSDL).
- Giám sát tình trạng hoạt động các CSDL (bao gồm hệ quản trị CSDL Oracle, MySQL MsSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) đảm bảo hệ thống luôn an toàn, ổn định và sẵn sàng cao.
- Cập nhật các bản vá định kỳ cho CSDL.
- Xây dựng các chiến lược backup, sao lưu dự phòng cho CSDL.
- Quản trị, cấu hình và vận hành hệ thống CSDL dự phòng ở các trung tâm dữ liệu chính (TTDL- DC), trung tâm dữ liệu dự phòng (DR) trên môi trường vật lý (on-premises) và môi trường điện toán đám mây (cloud environment). Xây dựng các kịch bản, kế hoạch phục hồi sau thảm họa (DRP) đảm bảo tính sẵn sàng chuyển đổi khi có sự cố hoặc theo kế hoạch của ngân hàng.
- Tham gia triển khai các dự án mới có liên quan đến CSDL.
- Phụ trách các vấn đề liên quan đến an toàn và bảo mật cho hệ thống CSDL đáp ứng các yêu cầu của kiểm toán, các thông tư của NHNN.
- Hỗ trợ các nhóm phát triển phần mềm trong việc thiết kế và triển khai các ứng dụng liên quan đến cơ sở dữ liệu.
- Hỗ trợ người dùng cuối trong việc giải quyết các vấn đề kỹ thuật liên quan đến cơ sở dữ liệu.
- Hỗ trợ cập nhật sự thay đổi dữ liệu trên môi trường sản xuất (Prod), môi trường kiểm thử (UAT).
- Làm việc với các đối tác/nhà cung cấp về các vấn đề kỹ thuật liên quan đến CSDL.
- Nguyên cứu, đề xuất và triển khai các giải pháp công nghệ mới nhằm tăng tính an toàn, ổn định và hiệu quả cho hệ thống CSDL.
- Xây dựng các tài liệu cài đặt, quản trị, vận hành và các quy trình, quy định liên quan đến việc quản lý CSDL.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Các yêu cầu về bằng cấp/chứng chỉ
- Trình độ chuyên môn: Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin hoặc chuyên ngành khác có liên quan.
- Trình độ ngoại ngữ: Sử dụng tốt tiếng Anh, giao tiếp và đọc hiểu các tài liệu liên quan đến công việc phụ trách.
- Ưu tiên có chứng chỉ Oracle OCP (Oracle Certified Professional) từ phiên bản 11g trở lên hoặc các chứng chỉ có giá trị tương đương của hệ quản trị CSDL khác như MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server.

Yêu cầu về kinh nghiệm/kiến thức
- Có kiến thức và hiểu biết cơ bản về máy chủ, thiết bị lưu trữ, hệ điều hành WINDOWS, LINUX, hệ thống Oracle Exadata.
- Có kiến thức và hiểu biết về quản trị cở sở dữ liệu, lập trình cở sở dữ liệu.
- Có kiến thức và hiểu biết cơ bản về các dịch vụ CSDL trên môi trường điện toán đám mây (Cloud).
- Kinh nghiệm: Có tối thiểu 01 năm kinh nghiệm công tác trong lĩnh vực liên quan.
