SEO Specialist

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The role focuses on improving our website's search engine rankings, driving organic traffic, and enhancing overall visibility.

**Working Conditions**
- 100% remote via Zoom | Zoom meetings required during work hours.
- 40 hours per week
- Working Hours (Vietnam Time): Monday: 9PM - 1AM; Tuesday to Friday: 9AM - 1PM & 9PM - 1AM; Saturday: 9AM - 1PM.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Resolve technical SEO issues and improve site performance.
- Collaborate with the content team to optimize website content.
- Build backlinks and execute link-building strategies.
- Track and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
- Stay current with SEO trends and algorithm updates.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and current SEO trends.
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (CMS).
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Fluent Vietnamese and excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational skills.
