- To lead and manage Hung Yen dyeing and finishing manufacturing team in producing the thread requirement of our external customers in the safest and most sustainable manner, and at the highest quality and service to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. The role serves to help guide our Hung Yen manufacturing team members in its thrust to develop a growth mindset, embrace Coats’ guiding principles and priorities so vital in the achievement of our 3 main goals: Profitable Sales Growth, Increased Productivity, and Value Delivery.**Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities **_(Principal accountabilities are specific areas of accountability unique to the position requiring decisions or delivery of results. - Plan, Implement, and achieve agreed KPIs in the areas of production and engineering.
- Provide a safe working environment and most sustainable operations in manufacturing department (production & engineering).
- Ensure that Company assets under manufacturing are operated correctly, effectively and safely.
- Manages all the people in manufacturing department, ensuring highest professionalism in the discharge of duty.
- Provide a high level of service & quality which satisfy both internal and external customers.
- Implement Coats Best Practices and Global SOPs.
- Improve the performance of the team, individually and collectively, through leadership, guidance, coaching, development and training.

Essential
- Desirable- University degree holder, preferably in the field of engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years at management level in a manufacturing business.
- Has a growth mindset able to adapt to varying and increasing demands of all stakeholders.
- Clear understanding and working knowledge of thread dyeing and finishing basic technical know-how/know-why.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese, written and spoken
- Demonstrable capacity/ability for leadership, organisation, people management and effective communication.
- Relentless focus on target achievement and continuous improvement.
- Ability and willingness to use initiative and to accept responsibility/accountability
