We are looking for highly qualified team-oriented Bridge Software Engineers with excellent communication skills and ability to work and multiple projects simultaneously with great attention to details. These people will work with clients to clarify the requirements and translate clients' need to development team

**What you’ll be doing**:
To combine with our team members, you will deliver the followings:
Communicate with Japanese clients for requirements, issue clarifications to make sure that there is no gap in the understanding between customer and project team.
Analyze and transfer requirement to project team.
Verify and develop design documents.
Develop and perform test cases to verify the deliverables.
Control inbound and outbound project’s materials.
Manage project or work closely with Project Manager to monitor and control the project.
Work closely with the team to understand the project’s insights.
Understand the clients and maintain the good business relationship with them.

What you bring to the team

Bachelor’s degree or up majoring in Information Technology.
Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 is required, proficiency in English is a plus.
Good programing skill (Java,.NET and/or C/C++ ), requirement analysis skills.
Experience in writing document and presentation and working directly with Japanese customers is a plus.
Well-organized, creative, and capable of performing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated and eager to learn (in business domain, software engineering, language), high responsibility and teamwork spirit.
