Process Iqa Engineer

**_Job Summary _**
- Ensures the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspection/ measurement of products.Actively drive & highlight any incoming abnormality on man, tools/ machine, material, process, environmentto ensure full conformance to procedural requirement, standards, or requirements.

**Key Responsibilities
- Perform Incoming QA functions that involve visual inspection, mechanical and dimension checking, monitoring quality of material as required per functional area. (included on type of fresh material, suspected material, improved material,)
- Makes disposition on non-conforming materials whether to accept or reject during incoming inspection on the basis of applicable inspection criteria and sampling specification.
- Provides manufacturing support in inspection/ measurement quality issues on incoming materials problems.
- Do basic buy-off for dimension/visual report relevant items as FAI request for material qualification and material change qualification.
- Feedback to SQE and supplier on missing/wrong COC/COA/Outgoing Reports attached when received shipment in RIQS/Oracle.
- Report, highlights, makes recommendation or suggestion on any issue or concern for the improvement of quality of the incoming materials.

**Qualifications & experience
- Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronic, Materials or relevant educational background.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Semiconductor area.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Semiconductor processes and Material knowledge on Mold Compound, wire, and solder, AMBOR a very quick learner and walk extra miles to pick up new knowledge.
- Equipment and tooling design and hands on experience.
- Proactive and initiative to look for solution
- Able to work independently
- Understand DOE and process characterization, Problem solving.
