**POSITION OVERVIEW: BASIC FUNCTIONS & RESPONSABILITIES**

**PRIMARY ACTIVITIES**

**Achievement of business objectives within promotional budgets.** **Ensure Brand deliverables are met.** **Development, implementation & delivery of Brand strategies and tactical implementation**
- Communication and coordination with the sales team and other stakeholders such as Medical, Regulatory, communication partners etc.
- Carrying out monthly demand forecasting.

**Implementation control and project management**
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of promotion and advertising programs and making recommendations for improvements or changes as necessary
- Management of product resources
- Ensure that all of marketing programs will be compliance with internal policy as well to will be align to short/long term strategies across products.

**Market and competitor intelligence**
- Competitor intelligence analysis with the assistance of the Competitor Insights business partner.
- Analysis of market trends and sales potential. Preparation of sales forecasts for use in planning manufacturing operations, inventory control & target set up for sale team.

**Customer centric deliverables**
- Identification of Brand & therapeutic experts for the organization.
- Acting as Brand expert & being available to customer facing & customer supporting roles.
- Delivery of a unique customer experience & development of Brand loyalty including the review of Identified customer needs with regard to the Brand, & the recommendation of services that may help meet identified needs

**Key communications to**
- Internal stakeholders & business partners, including Finance, Medical, Training, Medical Information
- Key Customers / opinion leaders
- Supply agencies.
- Regional/Global Franchise colleagues

**Ensure all business activity complies with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.**

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES**

**Desired Experience/Education**:

- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
- Experience in digital marketing for young moms and baby stuff is preferred.
- Fluent in English communication
- Educational background: Pharmacy/ Economic/ Marketing
- Functional Knowledge: Product Knowledge, Marketing principles
- Strong competencies in Strategic management, Brand management and Communication management
- Leadership Behaviours: Focus on Customers Including Patients, Act with Courage and Candour, Make Rapid, Disciplined Decisions, Foster Collaboration, Drive Results, Build Talent, Demonstrate Ethics & Integrity
