**Job description**:

- Phát triển ứng dụng theo Technical Stack: Solidity/Rust (Smart Contract), JavaScript/TypeScript (Backend), ReactJS (Frontend)
- Đọc hiểu và phân tích tài liệu yêu cầu, mô tả ứng dụng
- Đọc hiểu các tài liệu tích hợp của bên thứ 3/đối tác
- Phối hợp với team để phân tích nghiệp vụ, đề xuất và lựa chọn giải pháp
- Phối hợp với UI UX Designer để thiết kế giao diện trực quan, thân thiện và dễ sử dụng
- Thiết kế cấu trúc source frontend có hiệu quả cao, phản hồi nhanh, độ trễ thấp và khả năng mở rộng tốt
- Phát triển các tính năng Dapp tương tác với Blockchain và API Backend, tối ưu tốc độ xử lý tính năng
- Phát triển giao diện người dùng dựa theo design, có các hiệu ứng đẹp mắt, performance cao
- Tích hợp sản phẩm/dịch vụ của bên thứ 3/đối tác vào Dapps
- Review và tối ưu source code
- Viết code rõ ràng, tỉ mỉ, hiệu quả và tài liệu đầy đủ
- Sử dụng các kỹ thuật bảo mật mới nhất để bảo vệ hệ thống khỏi tấn công mạng
- Kiểm tra hệ thống, tìm giải pháp xử lý và khắc phục lỗi khi có sự cố xảy ra
- Bảo trì hệ thống, nâng cấp các thư viện, cải tiến hệ thống liên tục
- Phối hợp với PM, BA, Backend, QC, UI UX Design theo quy trình phần mềm và hỗ trợ vận hành
- Đóng góp ý tưởng tính năng mới, giải pháp kỹ thuật mới, xu hướng công nghệ mới để nâng cấp ứng dụng
- Báo cáo và thực hiện các công việc theo yêu cầu của quản lý

- Tốt nghiệp ĐH các chuyên ngành Lập trình, Khoa học Máy tính
- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí Frontend Developer
- Có kinh nghiệm về HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, ReactJS, TypeScript, NextJS
- Có kiến thức về OOP, Design Pattern, phân tích và thiết kế hệ thống
- Có kinh nghiệm dự án Blockchain, Dapp, Web3: Gamefi, Defi, NFT,
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các Blockchain Network EVM, Solana, Layer 2, Ton, Ronin
- Có kiến thức nền tảng tốt về cấu trúc dữ liệu, thuật toán, Blockchain Network, Decentralized Application
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với Blockchain Oracle, Web3JS, EtherJS
- Responsive website hand-coded breakpoints
- Hiểu và sử dụng được các thành phần phức tạp như canvas, vector, iframe, CSS Animation
- Sử dụng thành thạo Redux, Higher-Order Components, React Hook trong ReactJs
- Có kinh nghiệm với HTTP, RESTful API, JSON, WebSocket, XSS, CSRF, sync/async, promise, JSON, XML
- Có thể xử lý các cơ chế bảo mật phổ biến (mã hóa RSA, MD5-hashing,...)
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với Word Press
- Biết sử dụng các platform/tool để audit source code
- Có kiến thức về Linux, Kubernetes, Microservice, Docker, Nginx
- Có kinh nghiệm deploy hệ thống server AWS EC2, AWS, Digital Ocean
- Khả năng làm việc độc lập và hợp tác theo nhóm
- Viết code rõ ràng, tỉ mỉ và chi tiết
- Có khả năng phân tích tốt, tư duy logic và kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề
- Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu Tiếng Anh
- Có tinh thần cầu tiến, ham học hỏi
- Hiểu biết về thiết kế giao diện và các công nghệ phát triển web hiện đại
- Có thẩm mỹ tốt, tư duy duy mỹ
