**Your role**
You will work closely within the Growth (sales & marketing) team to create and maintain resources that support Sales and Customer Success.
This is a multi-faceted role with a focus on communications & content creation. Creating engaging content = a decrease in customer churn and an increase in lead generation. This will, ultimately, help us achieve our ambitious 2021 growth targets.
**Responsibilities**
- Proof-read, edit and copy-write materials for a range of marketing assets such as release notes, webinars, website pages and social media.
**Content Creation**
- Write, create, edit, and publish content that is informative, builds meaningful connections and encourages engagement across multiple channels to support business strategy and goals
- Create and distribute press releases to media outlets and affiliated partner organisations
- Work with internal teams and Subject Matter Experts to create benefit-driven communications for internal and external audiences
- Distribute content to the appropriate channels, both internal and external
**Social Media**
- Contribute to and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Own and manage the editorial social media calendar
**Product Marketing**
- Work with product and design teams to create and proof-read UX/UI copy inside Vincere’s platform
- Responsible for writing release notes for internal comms and external usage: sales, customers, partners etc.
- Proof final product copywriting deliverables to ensure final content appears on brand and as intended
**Marketing General**
- Collaborate with marketing team to coordinate brand awareness and affinity across all platforms, externally and internally
- Develop ideas for, and contribute to, creative marketing campaigns while undertaking individual marketing plan tasks
- Create sales & marketing collateral to support business initiatives
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent verbal and writing proficiency in English
- Clear, effective communicator in writing with the ability to be persuasive
- No less than 2 years of marketing or direct copywriting experience
- Excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling skills
- Demonstrated ability to work productively with counterparts in a cross-functional capacity
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what customers consume and how to create it
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Slides, Sheets required
- Experience with Web Content Management Systems, HTML, Autopilot, and Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
