**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Xây dựng thiết kế các kiến trúc tích hợp dữ liệu, phân tích dữ liệu cũng như các cấu phần trong nền tảng datalake, data warehouse
- Tham gia tư vấn kiến trúc và tích hợp dữ liệu trong các sáng kiến/ dự án trong và ngoài công ty
- Tham gia nghiên cứu, triển khai các giải pháp công nghệ data/bigdata
- Tư vấn các giải pháp về dữ liệu, báo cáo, phân tích cho các phòng ban nghiệp vụ hoặc dự án CNTT
- Quản lý nhân sự theo phân bổ từng dự án

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**1. Bằng cấp**:

- Đại học hoặc tương đương đại học trở lên.
- Ưu tiên các ứng viên có chứng chỉ chuyên ngành: Data Engineer, Data Analytics, Data Science, big Data.
- Ưu tiên các ứng viên có chứng chỉ AWS liên quan Data, Big data.

**2. Kinh nghiệm**:

- Có ít nhất 4 năm kinh nghiệm xây dựng ETL job hoặc BI.
- Có ít nhất 4 năm kinh nghiệm tự triển khai, thiết kế Data Warehouse, Data Lake, hoặc ODS
- Hiểu biết quy trình kiển khai dự án chung.
- Có kiến thức hoặc kinh nghiệm làm các mảng nghiệp vụ Tài chính/Ngân hàng
- Nắm vững các quy trình phát triển/ triển khai dự án (vd: Waterfall, Agile,..)

**3. Năng lực chuyên môn**:

- Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm về kiến trúc vật lý, kiến trúc logic, thành phần cơ bản của Data Lake như Landing zone, Standardize zone, Currated zone,... hay các tầng trong kiến trúc Data warehouse, Data Mart.
- Có kiến thức thiết kế Data Model (3NF, Star schema, snowflake, data vault,...)
- Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm thiết kế các luồng dữ liệu dataflow tối ưu
- Thành thạo ngôn ngữ liên quan xử lý dữ liệu phổ biến: SQL, Python, PySpark.
- Có kiến thức chuyên sâu và kinh nghiệm sử dụng AWS Glue, Lambda, Step Function, EMR, Airflow, KMS,.... để triển khai ETL dữ liệu.
- Có kiến thức chuyên sâu và kinh nghiệm tối ưu luồng xử lý data giữa các tầng dữ liệu (tuning).
- Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm làm việc với Storage/database thuộc các nhóm: Oracle, Netezza, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Aws Redshift, AWS RDS, AWS S3....
- Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm Tableau/PowerBI
- Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Functional Testing, A/B Testing, Cross-Validation Testing
- Có kinh nghiệm làm trong lĩnh vực ngân hàng như Mobile App, BPM/LOS, T24 Core Banking, Card way4
