Main responsibilities:
- Lead social and behavior change communication efforts across the EpiC portfolio including working with government and civil society partners to craft and execute campaigns.- Oversee the creation of communications assets targeting diverse audiences.- Manage media engagement at events and support the development and execution of events.- Supervise communication officer and any communications consultants.- Define needs, develop scopes of work, and oversee the work of consultants.- Take on increasing responsibility for project reporting and development of various presentations and other summaries for the donor.- Represent organization at national and international events.- Develop manuscripts, presentations, and other knowledge products promoting successes, lessons learned, and knowledge gained across EpiC’s portfolio.- Facilitate collaboration and a supportive environment with implementing partners and other project staff.- Coordinate with the donor and Government of Vietnam partners to ensure alignment.- Contribute to ongoing business development efforts.- Other duties as assigned.

Experience and abilities for the position:
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, communications, public relations, social work, social sciences administration or related field; advanced degree preferred.- At least 10 years’ experience in management or technical implementation of international development projects in Vietnam, preferably in social and behavioral change communication.- Exceptional skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.- Experience with USAID, PEPFAR, and the Vietnam Administration of HIV/AIDS Control preferred.- Well-developed written and oral communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.- Ability to travel as necessary.
