Bộ phận**Sales Consultant**là lực lượng nòng cốt quyết định tốc độ tăng trưởng và trực tiếp đóng vào sự phát triển của Base.vn. Vì thế, Base.vn tiếp tục**tìm kiếm chiến binh cho vị trí Sales Consultant.**

**Sales Consultant**là vị trí**Tư vấn Kinh Doanh**cho khách hàng doanh nghiệp SMEs(Sales B2B)về các giải pháp của Base(HRM+, Infor+, Work+, Finance+).Không đơn thuần là giao dịch mua bán qua lại, vị trí này phụ trách là đội ngũBán giải pháp, Tư vấn dựa trên việc trao giá trịđến khách hàng**(Solution Selling, Vulue-based Selling).**

**Vậy Sales Consultant sẽ làm như thế nào?**
- Tìm hiểu, phân tích và thẩm thấu nỗi đaucủa khách hàng trong vấn để quản trị, vận hành doanh nghiệp của họ.
- Am hiểu về phần mềm, giải pháp(về mặt hệ thống, phương pháp luận, tính năng) để tư vấn phương án phù hợp giúp khách hàng tối ưu hiệu quả trong việc quản lý qua các cuộc trao đổi online, trực tiếp.
- Đồng hành và duy trì mối quan hệ, theo sát tình hình vận hành của doanh nghiệp để đảm bảo quá trình chuyển đổi số thành công.

**_ Base trả lương cứng thấp, thu nhập cao (Hoa hồng cao nhất trong thị trường SaaS)_**
- Thu nhập = Lương cứng (8-10tr)+ Hoa hồng + Trợ Cấp + Thưởng
- Chương trình đào tạo Orientation bài bản liên tục trong vòng 3 tháng đầu: Về sản phẩm, Skills set, Toolset cần thiết để bắt đầu thực chiến.
- Duy trình và đề cao văn hoá học tập, phản biện, review công việc liên tục hàng tuần.
- Lộ trình thăng tiến minh bạch, rõ ràng theo lộ trình được xây dựng như 1 game thực chiến với 9 level - với 3 tháng để chứng minh và thực hiện performance review để lên level phù hợp với kết quả công việc tương ứng.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Từ **2 - 3 năm kinh nghiệm Sales - Tư vấn**với khách hàng doanh nghiệp **(B2B).**
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có chứng minh thành tích, năng lực từ công việc trong quá khứ.
- Năng lực cốt lõi**:Chính trực; Ý chí - Nghị lực; Hướng mục tiêu; Tận tâm với mọi việc; Growth mindset.**
- **Tư duy hệ thống**:Sản phẩm của Base phức tạp nên nếu muốn thực sự có niềm tin với sản phẩm sẽ bán bạn cần có 1 tư duy hệ thống, logic để nhạy bén và am hiểu sâu với giải pháp.
- **Ám ảnh sự thành công của khách hàng**:Việc kinh doanh 1 sản phẩm với vòng đời dài hạn và ảnh hưởng đến toàn bộ quá trình vận hành, quản trị của khách hàng. Base bán sản phẩm như 1 dịch vụ, luôn ám ảnh việc sản phẩm có giúp khách hàng tối ưu không.
- **Khả năng phản biện**:Không chỉ với khách hàng và với cả chính bản thân mình, vị trí này yêu cầu mọi việc tư vấn đều được cân nhắc, tư duy và hướng đến kết quả mạnh mẽ.
