EPAM is hiring a **Senior Site Reliability Engineer** experienced with MS SQL, Powershell or C# to work hybrid from **Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam**. WHAT YOU HAVE
- Ensure the stability and operation of the production environments and Quant/Enterprise Technology systems, including routine maintenance
- Participate in on-call rotations and execute production deployments
- Investigate and resolve complex production issues, while also enhancing DR testing
- Identify and promptly manage risks, flagging major issues early and escalating incidents as required
- Deliver impactful results, enhance productivity, quality, and client value as a trusted partner by meeting their deadlines and objectives
- Propose innovative tech-based solutions for business improvements
- Foster productive relationships for optimal client satisfaction

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- At least 4 years of experience¬¬ in Site Reliability Engineering
- Proficiency in MS SQL, Powershell or C#
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive attitude with excellent communication abilities
- Expertise in monitoring tools such as NewRelic, SumoLogic, Prometheus, Grafana and Datadog
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and experience with automation frameworks like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD or CircleCI
- Proficiency in cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with the ability to deploy systems on these platforms
- Solid knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
