We are currently hiring an IT supporter with the following responsibilities:

- Be responsible for managing, maintaining and repairing PC equipment, printers, copiers;
- Supporting users to troubleshoot IT-related problems;
- Install operating systems and software for employees' PCs;
- Manage and maintain Software License, Network, configuring the internal network, NAS, Router, wifi, security, VPN connection. In this role, the IT supporter will - also manage and maintain the camera system, internal telephone switchboard.
- Others as assigned by the line manager.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
College graduation or higher.
At least 2 years of experience as supporter/ Helpdesk.
Good understanding of OS such as Windows, macOS, etc.,
Having knowledge of Network Equipment configuration (Fortigate, Draytek, Cisco, etc.).
Having knowledge of camera configuration, switchboards, POS solutions
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Having experience in deploying internal ERP/CRM systems is a big advantage.
