**Job description**:

- QA/QC work related to products.
- Measurement of products using measuring instruments.
- Investigating the cause of complaints from clients.
- Quality control using 7 QC tools.
- Creation of 8D reports.

**Job requirements**:

- Language : Japanese N2 level.
- Experience in QA/QC in the manufacturing industry: 1 year or more.
- Be able to communicate smoothly with people inside and outside the company to solve problems.
- Motivated to learn new business.
- _Preferred Skills:_
- Experience in using measuring instruments such as dimensional measurement and film thickness measurement.
- Experience in solving customer complaints by using 7 QC tools.
- Experience in creating 8D reports.
- Have basic knowledge of statistics.
- Experience in ISO/IATF operation (third-party internal auditor certification welcome).
- Experience in maintenance of internal regulations.
- Age : Around 30's.
- Experienced in working for a Japanese company.
