We are a US company with presence in LATAM and experience in the areas of near-shore outsourcing, technology, software development, education and digital transformation.
We are currently looking for an **IT Sourcer **to join our team.
**What will you do?**
- Collaborate with the recruiter to understand the requirements of each vacancy.
**What do you need?**
- Minimum 1 year of experience as IT Sourcer.
- Experience in the Latin American market.
- Advanced English is a must (B2/C1).
- Previous experience working in consulting firms or IT companies.
- Previous experience using LinkedIn /Google / Boolean search
- Experience using ATS (Lever, bullhorn, etc) is desirable.
