- BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development.) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.Bosch **Car Multimedia** team is looking for full-time **Agile Project Manager** working at Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The CM team develops high-quality, state-of-the-art Automotive Head Unit and Home Appliance Linux/Android-based systems.

Together with other Bosch locations worldwide, we provide software solutions for navigation, vehicle functions, autonomous driving, camera, and IoT features to the car marker.

Our team also contributes to Bosch smart home & IoT solutions through SW delivery to Home Appliance products.

**Responsible for the SW Project with respect to the aspects "on time", "on spec/quality" and "on budget" according to project level agreement**:

- Profound knowledge and expertise of SAFe / Scrum methodology
- Profound knowledge of Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Incremental Development)
- Understanding of basic SAFe / Scrum roles (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Development Team)
- Profound knowledge about SAFe / Scrum KPI's (Velocity, Burn-down charts)
- Experience in organizing SAFe / Scrum related meetings (Daily stand-up, Sprint planning, Backlog refinement, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective)
- Ideally knowledge and experience with Kanban
- Proven track record of managing (distributed) agile teams
- Experience in resource planning and management
- Excellent collaboration skills and experience with the collaboration of business stakeholders
- Excellent prioritization skills
- Ability to identify and proactively eliminate impediments for the development team
- Ability to communicate, discuss and escalate topics to all hierarchy levels
- Excellent communication skills
- Handling Integration Management (Project Guide, Change Management, Lessons Learned)
- Know-how of development of Safety SW and ASPICE process

**Qualifications** The job might be fit for you if you have**:

- Over 8 years experiences in relevant area of SW development.
- Bachelors or Masters in Engineering.
- Project Management, SAFE certified, Agile, SCRUM practitioner.
- Good English communication skills, be able to interact fluently with worldwide stakeholders.

**Nice to have**
- Experience to work in Embedded, Automotive industry
- PMP certificate or equivalent knowledge.
