Duties

Support in other classes as requested.
Observe students&039; attitudes and behaviors and report to the homeroom teacher in case of unusual symptoms related to health and mental in order to come up with timely solutions.
Assist in Supervising students during school events, trips, swimming, lunch time, playtime, etc.
Supervising the groups of children in other areas of the school such as library, corridor, playground, etc.
Ensure classroom resources and learning materials are organized and ready before the lessons.
Be available to answer parent questions as appropriate if the Homeroom Teacher is not available and to keep the teacher informed, remembering to use discretion and professionalism at all times.
Effectively support and coordinate with the Homeroom Teacher to teach and manage students in daily lessons.
Perform other job
- related duties as assigned
Support individuals or groups of students during lessons as directed by the Homeroom Teacher.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Requirement
- Education- English Recognized Certificate
- College Degree or above (Bachelor Degree in Education/Pedagogy or Related Teaching Subject is preferred)

Experience- Previous experience in international/bilingual/integrated school is highly preferred.
- Prior experience working with school aged children is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching assistant experience or related experience in Education

Skills & Knowledge- Strong commitment to child protection and safeguarding
- Strong organizational skills
- Understanding of other cultures
- Ability to manage potentially challenging behavior from students and maintain a professional and patient demeanor
- Basic understanding of childhood development and steps to support children of various ages
- Proficiency in a second language such as Korean, Chinese, or Japanese is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Ability to effectively communicate with teachers and parents regarding students’ progess and behavior
